Questions I get asked

Most orders leave my Colorado studio in 3 to 7 business days. A custom piece runs the same once you approve the mockup, and a business run is one to two weeks from approval. If it is a design I keep a few of on hand, yours goes out sooner than that.

Sometimes, on the designs that move fastest. Those I try to stay a few ahead on, so yours gets to you sooner. Everything else is hooped and stitched after your order comes in, one at a time, on my own machines. Either way it was made here, by me, and checked by hand before it went in the box.

One size fits most. The five-panel snapbacks are structured with an adjustable snap. The dad hats are unstructured with a low crown and a fabric strap with a brass buckle.

Message me right away and I will catch it if I have not started stitching. Once a piece is on the machine the thread is in the fabric, so I cannot undo it.

Yes, and it is some of my favorite work. Send a photo of the writing, on a card, a note, anything, and I will turn it into a stitch file. Handwriting on a sleeve or a cuff is the piece people keep.

You send me the idea, a phrase, a name, a date, handwriting, a logo. I send back a digital mockup, usually within a day. You approve it, I stitch it, and it ships from Colorado. You see it before you pay for the run.

Only embroidery. Everything here is thread in fabric, stitched on a multi-needle machine. No vinyl, no screen print, no transfers.

Hats, crewnecks and hoodies, tees, totes and blankets. If you want your design on something else, ask. If it fits in a hoop and the fabric can take a needle, it is usually possible.

There is no minimum. One piece or a hundred, same care. Send me the logo and a count and I will come back with a mockup, a per-piece price, and a ship date.

Your logo has to be converted into a stitch file before a machine can read it. That happens once. It is a small one-time fee I pass straight through at cost, and the file stays on hand for every reorder after that.

Half up front once you approve the mockup, and the other half when the run is boxed and ready to ship.

Usually, for a fee. Tell me the date when you send the logo and I will tell you the real answer before you pay a deposit. I would rather say no than miss your date.

Message me within 7 days of it arriving and I will make it right. I made it, so I can fix it.

Cold water, inside out, and hang it to dry. Do not iron directly over the stitching. Embroidery outlasts the garment if you treat it gently.
